When changing batteries or sensor you have to reset both the station and the sensor with their reset buttons for it to work. Have noticed a small change in the distance range but not a major problem at the moment. And try changing the sensor battery..... **Q: my oregon bar 206 does not register outside temp or correct time.battery is ok but how about the sensor itself?** A: yes I have had this in the past, its probably caused by rain water there are parts inside that rust, its probably a new one required. I have done what a previous reviewer suggested . you put the sensor inside one of the flat mouth wash bottles with the bottom cut off devise a hook to hang it and way of keeping it in (I just ran I screw through the bottle under the sensor ) but first try opening the sensor and drying it_ **Q: I have Tchibo GB 240 706. The sensor looks almost identical to mine. Is it compatible?** A: Try to find out on manufacturers website what replacement sensors are suitable to your weather station.
