I wish the instruction was better, but I have another book for that. I like the two progress tests (pre and post). I bought this to use for my son to practice his math over the summer and to cover what he missed on during the COVID crap. It's just perfect.

This workbook was just what I needed. It includes a pre-test and post-test plus many pages of worksheets each beginning with a small bit of instruction. It has a part that shows how to do the math problem and has a answer key to make checking your child's work easier! I prefer this book more then the spectrum math book for sure!
