nothing. the channels are too complicated and unless it involved a lot of money, then it's more expense and bother for the to chase it. keep it in case you get a request to return it. ...unless someone else is more informed than me!

Is this a propelling pencil

It is a felt covered stick that you dip in the colour and acts both as a pencil and a lipstick. It is the only lipstick that lasts all day that I know of. I am completely hooked on it. Could not do without.
