Worth Paying a Bit More for Something That Actually Works
After wasting time with a cheaper Ethernet adapter that was faulty and didn't work straight out of the box, I decided to buy the TP-Link UE210 instead. I'm glad I did. This one worked perfectly as soon as I plugged it in. No fuss, no troubleshooting, and no messing about with settings. It was recognised immediately and provided a stable, reliable network connection. The build quality feels good, and it's exactly what you'd expect from TP-Link. Sometimes it's worth spending a little extra to avoid the headaches that come with cheaper alternatives. Very happy with the purchase and would definitely recommend it.

Handy little splitter — makes my network setup much easier
I picked up the TP‑Link EH210 because I needed a simple way to split a connection in my setup, and it’s been great so far. It’s genuinely plug‑and‑play — no messing around, no configuration, just connect it and it works. The build feels solid, the USB power option is convenient, and it handles gigabit speeds without any slowdown. I mainly use it to tidy up my network layout so I don’t have cables running everywhere, and it’s made things a lot cleaner and easier to manage. If you need a straightforward 1‑to‑2 splitter that just works, this one has been a really useful little addition for me.

Great switch
Fits perfectly in the TV unit to hide it from view, 8 switches which enables multiple devices to be connected at once preventing constantly changing cables. Easy set up; feed one cable from the router to switch and then switch to the devices. Cheap price compared to some otherwise and works perfectly. Would recommend.

Very slim, energy efficient little switch
I originally kitted the house out with full Netgear PoE switches, such as 724s and 108s, and they ran the house beautifully for 5+ years. However, two 8-port switches and one 24-port non-green switches use about 60 watts, and even more if using PoE for cameras etc. That's the equivalent of leaving a lightbulb on day and night, which adds up over 5+ years. It adds double now that our energy utilities are scalping us on bills. So, I switched to these low-power switches. They basically just went in as drop-in replacements. No configuration required. Their ports auto-configured and everything just carried on working. I've gone from 60+Watts to about 8 watts. I've also put one of the switches on a timer because there's never anyone in one of the rooms from 11pm to 8am. I tried that with the older switches and they tended to get their knickers in a twist if you did it too often. So, on average over 24 hours the networking kit is now about 6-8 Watts instead of 50+Watts. So, doing the maths... ~50 Watts saved per hour, for 24 hours for 365 days a year is 50x24x365 = 438kWh per year. At 50p per kWh, that's £219 saved over the year, more than paying for the new kit in just 4 months in fact. In the 5 years I expect to run it, that's almost a grand if the price per kWh doesn't drop!!!! Very easy to install, very quick, very sleek and smart, and works flawlessly while saving a lot of money.

Perfectly dependable
I swear by these. They are very dependable and can be attached to a stouter to extend ports. They work very well and there’s no setup involved at all. They a work straight out of the box and don’t heat up with extended use and so can be hidden in closed spaces.

Have to change the power plug?
Maybe I haven't been living in Europe long enough but when ordering for German delivery on the .de website I do not expect tp receive the product with a UK power plug. Will change it myself but disappointed. :-(

Ottima soluzione basso costo
Poca spesa molta resa. Consigliato!

Does the job
This little switch does the job well, but, it has almost zero features as it is unmanaged. So no security, or anything really. It's basically like have a 1 to 4 ethernet splitter. Anyway, I just needed it to plug in the kids homeschooling computers to a single port on the router. All my security is based on my router and a managed switch I also have and of course on the computers themselves. So, if you don't need any advanced or security features and just need a cheap way to connect upto four devices via ethernet then this little switch is a pretty good choice and solution. It's been running full time 24/7 for about a month and haven't had it lockup or crash or need a reset yet. So it does it's job pretty well. The kids have dropped it off it's perch about 4.5 feet up, a few times and no problems with it. So the durability seems good too. The ports are snug and none seem loose. Cables go in secure and snug. Speed on each pretty is good. Each kid can zoom into class, watch videos in class, and do other demanding things. The switch handles the traffic well. No noticeable errors or drop outs. I'm about to monitor their screens and copy files to and from each computer through the switch without issues. Haven't run into any port issues or blocking issues. I've assigned a reserved local ip address to the switch through the router dhcp server to make life easier. As far as features available in the web interface... Well it's limited but you can set the status (on or off), speed and flow contol on each port individually. You can enable imp snooping do minimal Lag grouping. Port mirroring in a limited state is available if you need that. There is a cable testing feature. And it has loop protection that will block a port of it detects a loop. There are some vlan features as well. Basic vlan where you can put ports into vans (id's 1 to 5). Default is all ports on vlan 1. There is also 802.1Q vlan with id's 1 to 4094 tagged or untagged per port. And you can set the pvid of each port. There is QoS in the form of port based, 802.1P or DSCP/802.1P. There is in and out bandwidth control per port. And finally there is some basic storm control for broadcast messages. Basically, I need almost none of these features for my use and most people won't as they likely just want to connect the switch to a network and use it to be able to plug in multiple devices through a single ethernet port on the network. And right out of the box the switch will do that. You can stop this switch on about 1 min and be up and running with zero configuration. So, I think it's a great price to connect upto 4 computers to my network easily and worry free. Also, for easy setup use port 1 to connect to the router or netwrok then use the other ports for the computers you want to connect. Also note, I use a KVM to remote view and control other computers from my computer on the local netwrok and this switch hasn't given me any issues with that either. Anyway, hope that helps.
