Let me say I have struggled with low back pain for years. When I sit in my office chair I always for some reason sit toward the front so my lower back doesn't have support. I decided to get the Curble. I originally ordered the Wider Curble and honestly it was very small that my behind didn't even fit on it. I sent it back and got the Grande Curble. It fits perfectly and has so much support on lower back. It has a little bit of cushion on the seat and back. It is made out of some type of heavy plastic but seems durable. I weigh 165 and am 5'8 and the height of the back support hits me mid back. It is very light weight so it can easily move to a different chair with you or take in the car. Even if you are a smaller person I would go ahead and get the Grande to have a little extra room. The shape of it makes your behind fit in it a certain way where you get the most support.

I bought this for a friend who had previously injured his back, and he says it has made a big difference. It provides excellent support and helps relieve the strain on his lower back. With the seat, he can sit in a chair much longer without feeling uncomfortable. Without it, his back gets tired and starts to ache fairly quickly. He also likes that it’s wider than many others, so it doesn’t feel cramped or restrictive. The quality is great, it’s comfortable, and it offers the support he was looking for.
