Excellent book, good addition to school's curriculum.

I am looking for word problem workbooks for my son as he is terrified of them and needs plenty of practice. My experience with Kumon is largely negative but I'd still buy this workbook - IF i knew what to expect. As the Search Inside option is not available I wont be buying it, and I'd just like to point out that other competitors are using this feature to their advantage. Think about it.

I love these work books. They are excellent for revision or practicing new skills.

The books in this series are all good books, just keep in mind they are only a first set towards your child getting a good command of math or literacy.

Great product to refresh some principles before starting the school year. The problems start out very easy and gradually get more difficult as you make your way through the book. This needs no supervision whatsoever if your child is familiar with 5th grade math.
