guten tag. wir haben seit 12 jahren einen 10 m x 2.5 m grossen pool mit gefaelle und einer 15cm hohen stufe am rand. der dolphin e10 ist nun unser fuenfter roboter, den wir gekauft haben, so langsam haben wir also erfahrung gesammelt: 1- der zodiac vortex 4 (ohne allrad) blieb staendig an der stufe haengen und musste dann durch leichtes ziehen am kabel wieder zum weitermachen ermuntert werden. es war also staendig erforderlich, alle paar minuten nachzusehen, ob er sich an dieser einen stelle festgefahren hatte. in den ersten beiden jahren war das geraet zweimal in reparatur. nach drei jahren ging das geraet endgueltig kaputt (der motor hatte immer weniger leistung). 2- der zodiac vortex 1 war handlich, kompakt, sehr klein und pfiffig konstruiert, aber die reinigungsleistung war schlecht, am rand und in die ecken und kanten kam er garnicht. blieb auch immer an der gleichen stelle haengen. war auch zweimal in garantie-reparatur, dann gebraucht verkauft. 3- der zodiac vortex ot2100 machte einen sehr guten ersten eindruck, viele schwachstellen ueberarbeitet, solide, raupenantrieb, also keine raeder mehr. blieb zwar nicht haengen, aber reinigte nur einen kleinen fleck im pool, weil er fast nur hin- und herfuehr, sich also nur seltenst drehte. geht zurueck zum haendler, weil der hersteller nicht auf schreiben antwortet (sondern an den haendler verweist, dieser aber keinen support bietet, sondern seinerzeit beim hersteller ruecksprache hielt, ende vom lied, ich sollte das geraet austauschen, hab ich gemacht-selbes problem), also zurueck mit dem ding 4- dann kam der steinbach speedcleaner: einfaches prinzip, viel saugkraft, richtig schnell aber dreht sich auch nicht - also faehrt auch nur fast hin und her-er reinigte nur einen streifen (den aber tipp-topp:-) auch hier kein brauchbarer tipp vom hersteller steinbach in oesterreich, es seien keine robeme bekannt, also auch zurueck. 5- dann den dolphin e10 hier bei amazon bestellt: eine offenbarung- endlich- bleibt NIE haengen (wenn er an die besagte stufe kommt, dauert es 2 minuten, dann ist er wieder frei) reinigt bis in die ecken und kanten, design ok, funktion einfachst und als einziger roboter ausdruecklich fuer kaltes wasser (laub im herbst und viel dreck im fruehjahr nach der ueberwinterung) ab 6 grad zugelassen.
