I’ve baked just about every gluten free dessert except French macarons. So I bought this and have to say that it was the perfect purchase. Perfect size and for the most part it didn’t stick. I loved this and the quality is great! I’ve used piping bags but just never understood the full length of how to use one but the piping bag it came with was easy to use and the tips were perfect!

My daughter loved this. However, when we went to make the macarons they all stuck to the mat. She's going to keep it and put parchment over the top.
