There was a free version but that only works with Thursby's CAC readers. I bought the $99 Pro version and it worked for DTS, did not work for Navy or Marines OWA and also Marine Online. I just went through the process to get a refund. I think this is product isn't really tailored for Androids, it just fits and "works" that way. **Q: Will this work with my dod id?** A: Yes **Q: Will i be able to access DOD websites using a Galaxy S8?** A: I access all the DOD websites with it on an S9+. It reads the CAC with no problems. **Q: Will it work for the 7 plus?** A: It is for use with a USB-C connector.
