I've big fingers! to fiddly, so I just it left the RPi loose for now. I personally also like the fact that the casing is transparent. The heat spreaders are a nice add-on, which I only now put on as I sometimes have to compile something on the Pi, and without any heat sink it will throttle very quickly.
