Will these keep my feet warm? My toes always get cold quickly when working outside.

The quality of the socks you wear will make a difference in whether your feet are warm or not. These boots are waterproof -- after over a year of wear, mine are still waterproof. They are not insulated so I wear heavier socks in the winter than I wear in the summer. You may want to consider a pair of insoles to help keep your feet warmer.
