How could I order additional handsets?

According to Vtech phone support it is not possible to expand this product (IS8129-5) past the initial 5 handsets it comes with. So the "expandable" word in the product description here is incorrect. You can't expand it past the 5 handsets it comes with. I tried to order more handsets too but couldn’t get the company to respond.

Do these phones have a headset jack?

It has a Bluetooth enabled headset on the base. I will tell you I had a terrible problem with robo calls before this phone after I installed this phone they dropped from 100% to 2%. The phones technology for eliminating robo calls is great you will not have a disappointment there.
