As someone who enjoys experimenting with different brewing methods, this grinder offers the versatility and precision I need. **Grinding Options:** With 140 grinding options, this grinder caters to every coffee enthusiast's needs, from fine espresso to coarse drip coffee. I love being able to adjust the grind size to match my brewing method, ensuring the perfect cup every time. **Performance:** The grinder operates smoothly and efficiently, delivering consistent results with each use. The burr mechanism ensures that the coffee grounds are uniform, which is crucial for optimal flavor extraction. **Ease of Use:** The interface is user-friendly, with clear settings that make it easy to select the desired grind size. The hopper and grounds container are both easy to remove and clean, which adds to the convenience. **Design:** ZWILLING has done an excellent job with the design. The grinder has a sleek, modern look that fits well in my kitchen. It's compact enough to not take up too much counter space, yet sturdy and well-built. **Noise Level:** While no grinder is completely silent, the noise level is quite reasonable. It's quieter than other grinders I've used in the past, which is a nice bonus for early morning coffee sessions. **Overall Satisfaction:** Overall, the ZWILLING Enfinigy Burr Coffee Grinder has exceeded my expectations. Its wide range of grinding options and consistent performance make it a fantastic choice for any coffee lover. I highly recommend it to anyone looking to elevate their home coffee brewing experience.

What a Disappointment!
I purchased this grinder based on previous excellent reviews. I am baffled that the Zwilling Enfinigy gets such good reviews. The only way to get the coffee beans into the grinding chamber is to pound repeatedly on the top of the bean storage container; then a handful of beans will drop into the grinder, and the machine will actually grind them for a few seconds, and after that, although the noise continues, it stops grinding beans until you pound on the storage container again. Even when this machine grinds coffee beans, it does a poor job of it. No matter which setting I selected, the coffee was always ground too fine. This whole experience was really frustrating. The instruction manual is laughable; I tried to call and email Zwilling Customer Service, but they basically don't even exist. I'm returning this tomorrow.

This may be a little large but it grinds.
This is a serious grinder. Typicall I make espresso but a few times a week I want Greek or Turkish coffee. This will make powder out of beans. It can take a few minutes but works. What this is not for is grinding 1lb into a bag. It won't do that without a making the motor very hot. I can grind fresh coffee for 6-8 espresso before it need to cool down. No regrets on this, it gets used 10 times a day.

Reconsider bargain hunting
I purchased this in 2021, around when it was released. All these years later, I still use it because I'm frugal but I'm quite disappointed with it. My main gripe with this grinder is that it cannot grind medium- or dark- roasts well. As the beans pass through down to the burr grinder, the oils on the surface of darker roasts prevent the beans from falling into the burrs which then causes blockage. Given that there's blockage, this means you have to stand there and shake it or tap on the top of it so that the beans with oily surfaces can "catch" on the burrs. There are a few knock-on effects of this. - One being that you now have to stand in front of a very noisy coffee grinder to grind your coffee since you have to stand there to ensure the beans are actually ground and that there is a steady flow of beans falling into the burrs. - Another is that the knob used to measure approximately how much coffee is ground is now pointless, because it depends highly on how much you stand there shaking or tapping the grinder to ensure the steady flow of beans. Even if it did grind perfectly, the numbers around the dial have come off after about a year, so I am turning the knob and guessing at this point. One positive is that the grind consistency is okay if you're not a snob -- should be okay for most people. The other positive thing is the anti-static receptacle where the grinds fall. I have not tried to change the grind consistency much at all so I can't comment on it.

I think you'd have to spend $300 to do appreciably better.
There is a sliding door between the hopper and the grinder. It must be opened prior to grinding. Go figure that one out. I like fine grinds and this machine produces powdery, cocoa like grinds. It's kind of plasticky, but it's good quality plastic. The motor is a bit whiny. Overall it's a good choice for those who are picky but not a purist. I think you'd have to spend $300 to do appreciably better. I'm keeping it.

Works great, a bit loud if other people are sleeping still
It is loud, but it works wonderfully. I wouldn’t trade it, but just know it is noisy. Grinds coffee evenly and smoothly and uses all of the beans.

powerful, hopper and grounds container are clear plastic
This ZWILLING 53104-701 Enfinigy burr coffee grinder works well and it's easy to use, but the removable parts aren't dishwasher safe and it's fiddly to clean. The box it comes in looks large but it doesn't actually take up that much counter space. It has a powerful motor so it grinds quickly and the grind sizes are consistent. The hopper capacity is okay. It is noisy but not more so than average for its power level. It's made in China. The hopper and grounds container are both clear plastic and much of the body is plastic too. This is pretty typical for appliances these days, but sturdiness will be just so-so. I find that often I prefer professional or vintage machines that have more metal and glass parts, even though they are harder to find and heavier. Metal just holds up better over time than plastic.

DO NOT BUY. One of the WORST grinders on the market.
Grinds are very inconsistent on the larger settings and tend to jam up between the burr and chute on anything below the advertised French press range resulting in some of the worst grind retention I have ever witnessed. You will need to invert the entire unit afterwards if you expect to get out what you put in. The provided "brush" is non-functional for cleaning. It is also extremely loud.

Cheap product, and not worth the premium price.
Product is cheaply made - not glass, cheap plastic, easy smudging and scratches. There is also an issue with the beans going down the burr grinder so it would sometimes stop grinding and you will have to shake the hell out of it so the bean goes down. The only positive is that the burr grinds pretty fine and even on different settings. Bought on sale for $40, would definitely not pay full price for this crappy product.

Not as Pictured
1. It's plastic, not glass per product description 2. Finer espresso grind settings don't work. 3. Mine obviously came pre loved. There were coffee grinds on it, and all the packaging was a mess. It works fine enough, and I'm just giving my honest opinion to anyone about to spend $100 on it, don't. It's worth maybe $60 at best.
