Do I need to use a lot of this in application to stipulated parts or will just a dab do? I had to take both wheels off and I'll need for reassembly.

Provided the excess doesn't effect any other parts you are better safe than sorry, put an ample amount and spread as evenly as possible.

Can i use this on the throttle body plate? i accidentally removed the moly coating in my tb, not sure if i can use this product to fix it.please help!

Although this has a high moly content, it is grease. If you were looking to lubricate a moving part, this would be ok if used very sparingly. If you were looking to replace a moly film that was placed on a part to provide a slick surface on a non moving part, then no, this is not the right stuff. Moly lube is used for parts that have very high bearing loads, limited or difficult access, or other unique demands.

is this moly paste still 60% moly like the Honda 60?

the Honda moly I purchased was in a cylinder tube if it is the same stuff it is good Honda moly 60

it will get thick or almost hard after being open for a long time should still work will just be a little bit harder to spread thin coat, primarily used for lubricating brake pad shims to stop squeal. may be able to add slight amount of penetrating oil and mix to make more pliable.
