My complaint is that one of the supports is not perpendicular to the base plate. This will cause an issue when locating and drilling the holes in the shelf and mounting it on the wall. Walls are never perfectly straight and an experienced DIYer can account for that, but the crooked bracket will be hard to work around, especially if you want to hide the baseplate in a dado behind the shelf.
