You do have to be care to mask overspray as the nozzle pattern is quite wide. ### ⭐⭐⭐ Not as good as was expected *by J***R on 18 November 2024* The application instructions are spray and leave - the product is in a small aerosol, so you spray it on and the solvent or alcohol in it will evaporate and allow the product to dry. After cleaning the car on a Saturday, I drove around 150 miles in heavy rain on the Sunday - the product was excellent at repelling water from the mirrors and left them completely clear. However on Monday morning, the mirrors were totally fogged up with condensation, which I was to understand would be prevented by this product. It's fussy to apply as well - yes it's a 'spray and leave to dry product' but you are going to get it on the surrounding plastics, it is going to drip/run because mirrors are installed vertically, so if you can take the mirror glass out, lay it flat and spray it sparingly. I guess the idea is that it leaves a film coating, but in some light it can make the mirror look as if it is slightly cloudy.
