I have been looking for a product that had majority of the natural ingredients and this is it. After a month, I have already felt much better. And what recommend this to be included? Shut up you're everyday nutritional Needs.

It has worked best for me to take this supplement after my evening meal or right before bed. I have wanted to try natural supplements that could be multi-purpose, and I saw these, so I decided to give them a try. I really liked them, and I'm happy with them. I sleep much better and feel well-rested, calmer, clear-minded, and energetic. Curiously, I started to sleep better right from day one of taking the supplement. I have also noticed that it is helping me to normalize my menstrual cycle. Of course, I could not say 100% that it is because of the pills, but that's the only thing I'm doing differently now. Overall I feel more balanced, so from my experience, they work perfectly. The pills are yellow and a bit big, but I don't have any problem since they are easy to swallow. The other thing is that they do have a smell, but I like it. It is a sweet herbal smell.

Good value for the money.

I have been successfully using this product over a few weeks to produce calmness and reduce anxiety. Before using this, I had been combining the ingredients in several different capsules, but not all 17 ingredients and this all in one, so this is good for 2 months. Having the combination of ingredients is definitely easier than trying to do 17 different capsules. Lately I had some stressful conditions and they did not affect me when they normally would have. I am happy to take just one easy to swallow capsule.
