Is easy to use & it gives you old school vibes when jamming your songs.👍🏼 ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Douk stood by its product and did not hesistate to replace a defective unit *by M***H on March 2, 2026* On October 27, 2025, I purchased the [Upgraded] VFD Audio Spectrum Analyzer Bluetooth 5.0 Receiver 3.5mm AUX Selector (from Amazon). It stopped working after 2 months of use. The device would not turn on. I followed steps in the "self troubleshooting" instructions to no avail. I was able to hear a sound when I plugged the device to power but the display did not turn on at all. On January 16, 2026, I sent an email to the Douk Support team to ask about options when a device stops working. They responded right away and stated that I described what they believed to be a defective capacitor on the board and asked if I was "willing to weld it to fix it" so they could send me "the needed capacitor" for me to replace on my own. I was honest and told them I could not weld it to fix it because I do not possess the tools or skill to do so. They responded by asking for my shipping address so they could send a free replacement. By February 16, I had the replacement on hand. Douk's support stood by their product and did NOT hesistate to fix my problem I had with the original defected VFD Audio Spectrum Analyzer.
