Does it come with the hook DWSP1210 - Delta II Rocker?

My Son has this on his DW 3000 peddle and it's made to hook onto the peddle, all that's needed is the spring.

I have a dw9000 and 7000 will this work for those two?

I think this is a pretty standard spring for pedals. I got it for a Pearl pedal on a DW trigger setup and it fits fine. I figured for the price it was worth a try after doing a crap ton of online research and not finding a definite defined replacement part for this exact pedal.
