The plain 7600 with the stock cooler is more than serviceable for 99% of users, capable of running games and software just fine. It might not squeeze into the top percentile, but it's a great workhorse at the price point. A 7500F might be better value for gaming, and the 7500x3D/7600x3D has the vaunted 3D cache, but the 7600 is overall nice as it has an iGPU as a backup or for machines that don't have or don't need a graphics card.
