GT OMEGA Classic Wheel Stand - Foldable Entry-Level Sim Rig

I bought this stand not for steering wheel but for flight gear, I wanted a stand that would hold a flight yoke and throttle quadrant and also a hotas system at the same time, so when I spotted this I thought it might be ideal for the purpose and I'm wasn't disappointed, the shelf where you would put the wheel was almost made to measure and my yoke an throttle quadrant fitted on hear perfectly while the hotas throttle was attached to the supplied shelf on the left and the joystick was placed on the right supplied shelf. Rudder pedals sat on the bottom platform and I had my perfect stand. Quality was much better than I thought with a good solid sturdy stand, it's easy to fold away when not in use, I took a chance on this hoping it would do the job and it hasn't disappointed. If you're looking for a racing stand then look no further, if you want to put flight gear on it then this is perfect, highly recommended.

Purchased to go with my Logitech G920 wheel, pedals and shifter. Installation nice and simple as the stand is already assembled. Once you have screwed your wheel and pedals to the stand you are good to go. The stand has screw templates to suit most wheel makers. I have found the stand robust and puts up with even the most frenzied of drifting sessions on Forza. So good I bought one for myself and another for my son!

TLDR; It’s a good enough product, with a few issues. Issues that once assembled, can mostly be ignored. Would recommend to any potential buyers — Especially if it’s on sale! I have a glass desk, so mounting my steering wheel to that was immediately out of the question. Looked at large cockpit type options, but decided they were too large, and I wanted something that was 1. Small, but stable & 2. Looked good — I have found that with this product. Assembly was quick and relatively easy. Just a matter of attaching a few things. Adjustability is awesome - Multiple positions for pedals, and wheel height/angle. It’s light enough to move around ________________________________________ Downsides: 1: Mounting the pedals was completely fine. There’s a detailed chart showing where each bolt needs to go for any wheel the stand was designed for. But mounting the wheel was slightly more fiddly, and I ultimately had to prop the wheel up against the wall to get the bolts in. Reducing the side of the lip around the wheel area would allow for the wheels built in clamps to hold & make mounting significantly easier. 2: Tightening the bolts around all around the stand seems to be vital for it to not rock around. Obviously not the end of the world, but would be good if I didn’t need to do it myself. 3: While the products sturdiness is generally good, it would be good if it were more stable when it’s pulled towards you. Extending the feet slightly seems like it would be a good solution. 4: Bolts - They don’t make it clear which type or bolt needs to be used for what. Just sort of had to guess what made the most sense. Highlighting that there is supposed to be left over bolts would be good too

I don’t write reviews, but having always wanted a wheel set up but not had the room to go all out with racing seat etc I’ve never looked into other solutions. One day a decided to and I came across this item. Reading such positive reviews I took a chance and I’m so glad I did. It’s really solid which isn’t a bad thing but obviously this adds some weight. I had no problem fixing the wheel and peddles through the pre drilled holes and the included screws. I’m 6’1 and the peddles are as far back as they go!! Probably could do with going back further so if you’re taller it might be an issue! The more you accommodate your legs the further the wheel is from your hands. But if like me you don’t have a spare room where you can go all out with a racing set up, then I highly recommend this. I can put it neatly in the corner in a way that doesn’t look messy triggering ocd if you are like me.

Used with a G910 and peddles. No manual stick, but the arm and plate are included, just not using them. It's a solid bit of kit once assembled, fairly heavy but then it needs to be otherwise you;'d have movement which defeats the purpose. The angles available for the wheel mean it works in the ground based rocker chair (just...unless you slouch)...all the way up to a proper dining chair type position. There is a little fine tuning available too if you can't quite find the angle you want in the main adjustments, this can help (the wheel plate has perhaps 3-4mm tilt as well). Extendable wheel section is good too, particularly for a lower seating position and if you're taller. Works well on hard floor and carpet (base has gripped feet which keep it in place).

Well made, but items for chair link missing which is the reason I purchased this stand in the first place. Instructions awful too, but everything has a place and if you watch some YouTube videos you’ll be fine. . Seller absolutely brilliant. Resolved issue of missing item and sent within a day. I might go full on and purchase the accessories to complete the entire set up. Overall brilliant service and brilliant sturdy product for my basic sim racing set up

I have no idea what I'm buying. There's a "Classic" version of this, but it didn't used to be called "Classic", it was called "Pro" at some point. And on top of that, it didn't use to include a chair link, but now it does... So not only do they change the names of their products, they also change what the package includes so you have on idea what review you're looking at, how up to date the information is, etc. When I purchased this product, the listing said "PRO". But I received the "Classic". They told me, the "PRO" was renamed to "Classic"... trying to figure out what you're going to get and what you're buying is absurdly confusing. The entire product line is an absolute joke.

It's good and sturdy when I first got it. Now only 2 months later the bottom screw that holds the top part of the frame up has threaded. Meaning only one side is properly tightened. I didn't apply much force, just enough to make sure was tight. Not sure how much longer it will last now. I think the screws goijg into this part od the frame should be longer too. Shame really.

Was mir direkt beim Auspacken auffiel, war die gute Qualität aller Teile und das vernünftige Gewicht. Er steht bei mir auf Laminat und hat GummiFüsse mit reichlich Durchmesser, damit schont er den Boden und an verrutschen während der Fahrt ist nicht zu denken, im Gegenteil, zum verschieben muss ich ihn anheben, nur mit schieben passiert da nichts. Ich fahre in einer Liga und meine Kollegen, die einen Wheel Stand mit Mittelstange besitzen, sind etwas neidisch auf dieses Teil. Alles lässt sich ausreichend einstellen oder ggf. nachbohren und platzsparend verstauen. Ich selbst bin 173cm groß, schlank und sitze beim Fahren auf meinem Sofa mit Standardhöhe und durchschnittlicher Tiefe der Sitzfläche. Ich war etwas skeptisch ob das passt aber es passt wie angegossen und hat sich für diesen Preis allemal gelohnt. Auch top der Versand aus den UK über die Feiertage binnen einer Woche. Der Stand kam zusammengebaut, der Shifter Holder war jedoch separat verpackt. Nicht zu vergessen ist die Möglichkeit einen Seat Frame anzuschließen (~60€), ob man das dann mal macht oder nicht aber wenn, dann muss man kein komplett neues System kaufen. Verwendet mit einem T300 RS, F1 Liga 100% Rennen also ordentlich Last drauf.

Ottimo 🙌 Provenivo da un supporto di marca generico che era di bassissima qualità, questo gt omega è spettacolare qualità costruttiva eccellente bello robusto e pesante ed è regolabile in tantissimi aspetti sono molto contento si adatta perfettamente al logitech g29 talmente me da gusto che ho anche ordinato le barre di supporto sul sito ufficiale per rinforzare i bracci ed è diventato un pezzo di marmo anche con le sollecitazioni più forti solidissimo, ho anche ordinato il pezzo posteriore del telaio al quale montare il sedile 👍 poi con una delle due staffe per il blocca sedia mi sono inventato il battitacco per il piede sinistro così quando uso la frizione non mi si stanca il piede tenendolo sul pedale e l’ho adattato perfettamente ve’dig sono molto soddisfatto👍

Very strong product. It has a tray to place your chair into. This prevent any involuntary movement from the stand nor the chair (if you use chair with wheels). The base is very solid and I have had no flexing when using my pedals (brake, accel, clutch). There has been no issues with stand tipping over and over all it's a solid product. Last picture shows additions (u-shaped, wanted to show how easy it slides in if you want to add one yourself) not included in the base set-up here on Amazon. I have not yet tried putting it all in any kind of storage. It is one of the less bulky ones, but it do take up space. Make note of the "square" structure and connections. You can add other items to stand with very little effort. I am using a g27 Logitech set-up, and I am mainly into simulation games. Together with vr-headset I've been hocked on Euro Truck sim 2. It's been close to flawless experience, to me, with a more "sitting" position while driving. I have a "full rig" to compare too; it is not the same. This stand may fall a bit short in games more aimed for racing. However, it's not really fair to comapir the two. If you use your computer for more than racing, and if you don't have a dedicated space for just gaming (or even if you do, but lack the space) this is so good. If you thinking of removing your det up from your desk, this is a no brainer. Was going to give it 4 stars but after writing I'm willing to put a rating of 5. It's really good!
