They come flat packed and the creases are significant as pics on other reviews show. I have added a pic to show what they looked like after I ironed them with the iron on the hottest setting with no steam and they were much improved. I ironed them on the inside first to ease the creases and then on the outside while holding a flat piece of wood inside. A little fiddly but did the job.
