Doesn’t work. Makes item worse. False advertising.
Doesn’t work. Stain remains, but ruins leather finish. DO NOT RECOMMEND. Waste of time and money and made matters worse. Scam product. False advertising.

It actually works
I was honestly surprised by this product. I had an ink stain on leather that I thought wouldn’t come out, and this removed it way better than I expected. It’s easy to use and didn’t damage the material, which was my biggest concern. It’s not instant magic, but with a little patience you can really see the results. I would definitely buy it again.

Not the same as original
When we 1st purchased leather couches from R.C.Willey. The salesman drew on the couch with his ink pen. Then he got this product that was the size of large sunscreen pen. It took away the ink but not the dye. This totally removed our dye. Lucky us our couches are a light beige.

Good product.
Pretty good stuff! I used this on my beige leather car seat today after a pen leaked and left an ink stain about three weeks ago. I wasn’t able to remove every trace of the ink, but about 80% of it came out, which was much better than I expected. I’m happy with the results. Thank you!

Didnt work on simulated leather
Made the ink lighter but did not remove the ink stain. I used on white simulated leather, it was gel ink. The stain had been on the sofa for a week by the time the product was delivered. May have worked if it was immediately applied.

Works
Had ball point ink on a leather purse. Worked well especially since the ink was on there for a couple of months. I did have to reapply it a few times but each application removed a bit more each time.

Did a great job removing all the marks
My toddler left a few ballpoint pen marks on an Italian leather sofa... This product did a great job at removing them all without damaging the leather. It took 2-3 applications for the ink to dissolve. Tested on marks that were less 48h. Tried on a very old mark too. Didn’t do much on that one.
