Great 1st gaming PC for 13 y.o !
Bought this for my 13 year old son for christmas. He is just now getting into pc gaming. He loves it. No complaints so far. Came packaged well, safe and secure. Very easy to set up, he did it on his own (w/my supervision of course to make sure all went accordingly). He did change out the mouse and the keyboard that it came with, but only because he wanted one that lit up all different color variations, and not just rainbow. Also you will need speakers if you dont use headphones. My son uses both. But there are no speakers on the pc itself. While plugging in make sure you follow directions step by step. It does say for video output "do not plug in here" and my son of course plugged in that spot for video. Also there is info concerning the Volts on the switch on the back, neither # matched the directions, ao we kept it switched to the one it was on and closest too with the #s. Seems to be fine. Overall im very pleased. Good starter pc, great astetics, and value for the money, gaming capabilities seem to be great as well.

WARNING!
WARNING! Do not purchase from this company. I bought a pc from them and it didnt last 2 months before I had to return it. They sent me a second machine. It didnt work properly from the start but I tried to troubleshoot on my own since I didnt want to go through the hassle of sending it back. I spent almost 2 months in almost daily communication with support trying to troubleshoot the many issues I've had and my problems only got worse. Constant crashes while gaming, gpu overheating and eventually file corruption issues that forced restarts every few minutes. To try to fix this issue I reinstalled windows from the pc itself. It worked for about a week at which point my files were corrupted again. When i went to install windows a second time it wouldnt work because those files had been corrupted as well. Downloaded windows 11 from the microsoft site. Turns out the hardware is incompatible with it...told support about it at which point they shipped me a thumb drive with a "work around" Didnt work when I first tried to boot from it. Tried a second time and it managed to install windows. Turns out I cant activate it as they did not provide a license so I cant change most setting on my pc including basic things like mic output volume. Continue my correspondence with support for several days only for them to tell me that they would have to review my case as the window for a return had expired. Mind you it expired because I was actively trying to work with them to troubeshoot the issues and because I wanted to support a smaller company in a world where these companies are crushed by massive corporations. Two days later they replied stating that they would refund my money but only if I paid for the shipping to return it. mind you I already sent one back and had to pay $30 for a box and shipping materials as I threw that stuff out when I received the first pc because fool that I am I trusted that it would work as it should. These pc are suitable AT BEST for grandma to play solitaire or Majong. These ARE NOT fit for gaming. Buy at your own peril! I ONLY gave them 1 star because I cant give them zero

⭐☆☆☆☆ (1 Star) This is, without question, the worst $600+ I've ever spent on a computer. I regret buying this PC every single day. (UPDATE: FOUND THAT THE RAM CLAMPS WHERE SUPPER GLUED CLOSED RAMS WASNT EVEN 100% IN!!!) The first red flag was customer support. The phone number they provide doesn't even connect to STGAubron it goes to a completely different company. If you have an issue, good luck getting any actual help because you're essentially on your own. The hardware is an absolute joke. The parts are cheap, outdated, and clearly chosen to cut every possible corner. This is marketed as a gaming and streaming PC, but it struggles to perform reliably and feels like it was built from the lowest-quality components available. The final straw was Windows 11. After installing the latest Windows updates, the computer became completely unstable. It crashes constantly, gets stuck in boot loops, and eventually becomes unusable. The only way to get it working again is to perform a full factory reset, and once Windows updates again, the same nightmare starts all over. A computer that breaks from standard Windows updates is unacceptable. I paid over $600 expecting a dependable gaming PC. Instead, I got a headache, hours of troubleshooting, and a machine that can't even stay functional after routine updates. Between the nonexistent customer support, terrible build quality, and constant crashes, this has been one of the most frustrating purchases I've ever made. Do yourself a favor: save your money and buy literally anything else.

an overall good beginner pc
This is my brothers first gaming pc, I was testing out the pc and i would rate it a good 8/10. (He rates it a 9/10) I think its actually really good for it’s price, and it comes with a keyboard and mouse and soundboard. To be honest the soundboard kind of sucks because when i play games the music cuts off a few seconds then goes back to normal every now and then, but the soundboard isn’t a problem at all you can just buy a new one if anything. Everything else like the IMPORTANT stuff is not damaged or bad or anything like that. The pc runs well and does not overheat at all, it does get a bit warm at times but it hasn’t overheated yet. My brother only just received his pc today so who knows what’ll change, if anything does i will edit this review. The pc connected pretty quickly and it ran great, the pc is fairly big and my favorite part of it was the lights that it has. The lights change color and it’s pretty cool, it comes with a remote which is not a problem to my brother tbh. Sorry for the yap, now about the gaming quality and whatever, it’s pretty good. We tried roblox, minecraft and fortnite. My brother also tried ark and overwatch but idk how the performance is on those games because I wasn’t there to see. But what i can say, is on roblox wise it’s super good at not laggy at all. I even tried laggy games on roblox like dress to impress, my brother even enabled high settings and it ran perfectly. On minecraft it was a bit laggy but not too bad. It’s not like a nonstop lag it only lags just here and there, but not bad at all. Now fortnite , it’s good as you can tell by the clip but at times it was laggy but once again not bad. So overall i think the performance on this pc is great for it’s price and worth the money if you’re on a budget imo. I enjoy the pc a lot, it also comes with a manual to help you out. Mainly everything you need they give it to you. Make sure to plug in everything as well. That’s pretty much it! Sorry for the crappy writing and describing idk how to explain that well. But yeah the pc is cool! (Also forgot to mention that when my bro first got the pc , one of the fan things came off. It’s not much of a problem it was only one and it doesn’t affect anything so, But just putting that out there.)

Please read before buying!
I received this item HOT GLUED TOGETHER! They did not put the mother board or graphics disk in correctly each piece was hot glued together and it ended up ruining The Whole system! I put 5 stars for my review to be seen and so review scopers dont end up like me and out 500+$ on something that is doomed to fail before it even gets there. The lights and the fans were the only things that worked on this pc. I had a friend try and fix it but as stated due to being glued in, there was nothing they could do.

Won't power up. New one is now crashing all the time
Won't power up. The PC Doesn't work. (1 star) UPDATE: I have returned it and am waiting on a replacement due in on Tuesday. The replacement procedure was satisfactory, both simple and efficient with no complaints. (2 star) 2nd UPDATE: Received replacement on time as scheduled. The new one seems to be functioning as advertised. I am quite pleased with it so far. The only issue is the mouse is a little loud "clicky" though this is a very minor issue. I have been loading my software on it and performing maintenance with no issues. It boots up fast and clocks as fast as advertised though I haven't run any heavy data games yet. (4 star) 3rd UPDATE: Have had this 3 months now and it has started to crash several times a day for no apparent reason, often when it's not even being used. Other buyers have reported this and I'm sorry I didn't listen to them. There is something seriously wrong with this thing. Very disappointed...

(DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY) PC CAME WITH TWO FAULTY RAM SLOTS ON MOTHERBOARD
I'm writing this review on this PC that I just got in the mail. Fast shipping and the packaging was wonderful. This is the first company I've seen put safety precautions inside of the computer such as Styrofoam. Fast gaming pc, works on arrival and I haven't seen any problems with it. Will recommend EDIT: after a couple of days of using the PC, there has been random freezing that only can be fixed by shutting down. Looking at the motherboard the DIMM3 red light is on for the ram meaning the third slot ram stick is either faulty or wrongly placed, after doing some investigative work on a PC and re-inserting the ram it seems like one of the clamps for the third ram slot has trouble holding and clamping. Outside of that there isn’t that many issues I will have to go to the shop to see what’s wrong with the motherboard ram slots. I will also place the ram stick on another slot to see if it’s the ram stick or the clamps on the ram stick slot EDIT 2: Did more technical work and found out that there is an issue with the DIMM3 Ram Slot (3rd Ram slot) on the motherboard. I removed the 1st and 3rd ram sticks from the motherboard and the red light disappeared. I then used the remaining ram sticks and inserted them into the 1st and 3rd ram slots and then the red light reappeared. The motherboard came in with a faulty ram slot. I've contacted the seller in hopes of a replacement PC being sent. Will update on if I have any luck with that, until I get a resolution on the matter, my review score will be at 2 stars.
