Durability and power
I'm sold on the lanzer amp, they are powerful and reliable. I have the Vector 2 channel bridge system one speaker, so I purchased two 3000w lanzar one channel split for each speaker. This not only produces a better sound, it actually plays continuously at a low heat production.

Not good
I couldn't get pre-amp level lines to the amp, so I have only used it with speaker level inputs. This shouldn't have been a problem since the amp is supposed to work like this and it has input attenuators. However, even with the attenuators turned all the way down, this amp shuts down at a certain volume. Not only does it shut down, but it shorts-out the input lines (the speaker outputs of my head unit) which overloads my head unit and shuts IT down as well. Luckily, my head unit has output protection, so it comes back to life after I cycle the power to it. I also have to cycle the power to the amp to get it back up and running. I struggled with this for SO long. Tried everything under the sun. I finally got it to work by making some attenuators using discreet resistors (10:1), putting them on input lines, and then turning the input attenuators on the amp up to get the right volume. The other crazy problem with this amp is the stupid, ultra-cheap RCA connectors on the amp come apart if you put a snug connector onto them. When you pull the snug connector to disconnect it, the whole ground sleeve of the amp's RCA connector comes out of the amp. Ridiculous.
