I’ve been using this iPhone 14 Pro Max (256GB, Space Black – Renewed) since 26th August, and I’m genuinely very impressed with it. The phone is in immaculate condition and looks absolutely great. The overall performance is excellent, the display is stunning, the camera quality is fantastic, and the battery performance has been good. The phone feels premium, works smoothly, and looks almost like new. I’m really happy with the quality of the refurbished device and the value for money. Honestly, it has exceeded my expectations, and I couldn’t be happier with my purchase. I would definitely recommend this phone to anyone looking for a high-quality renewed iPhone. I wouldn't even give this company 1 star – that would be far too generous. I purchased an iPhone from Saisales and selected the "Excellent Condition" option. When the phone arrived, it appeared acceptable at first glance when viewed from the front. However, it quickly became apparent that the device was far from being in excellent condition. At the same time, I purchased a phone case. Within a matter of days, the case broke. I thought this was unusual, so I purchased another case, only for it to break in exactly the same place after a short period of use. The day after the second case broke, the phone screen suddenly turned bright green and began flashing, making the device unusable. I also noticed that the phone's frame did not appear straight, so I took it to my local Apple Store for a second opinion. I was informed that the frame was bent and that the device contained some US-specification components that were not compatible with a European iPhone. Apple also informed me that this incompatibility could potentially be the cause of the screen issues. In addition, the sides of the phone and the buttons feel unusually sharp and rough. The device simply does not feel like a genuine iPhone in the condition advertised. I have contacted Saisales numerous times regarding these issues. Their response was to return the phone for inspection, while also stating that if they believe the device has been damaged during return transit, they will refuse to inspect it and simply send it back. Given the condition in which the phone was supplied, this response is extremely concerning. Under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, goods must be as described, of satisfactory quality and fit for purpose. In my opinion, this phone fails on all three counts. The device I received was not as advertised, was not in excellent condition, and is not fit for purpose. I feel completely mis-sold and am now left without a working phone. I am absolutely disgusted by both the quality of the product supplied and the level of customer service I have received.

I can't believe how stunning this phone is. The camera quality is incredible, the battery lasts all day, and the screen is beautiful. Everything runs so smoothly. Best phone I've ever owned. Highly recommend!

This was my first time purchasing a used phone from Amazon as I usually buy them from a well known auction site. The last time I purchased I had problems with phone getting blocked or refusing to activate so decided to try Amazon who have a fantastic no worries guarantee. The reason I picked this phone is that it’s cheaper than the latest generation of 15 Plus phones but sports a promotion 120hz display which makes a big difference in day to day use. And still works out cheaper to boot. The phone arrived in the suppliers generic packaging which was disappointing but as described. Delivery was prompt with next day following the bank holiday weekend. Phone was well protected and in flawless condition and delivered by courier exactly in the agreed timeframe. It was practically new refurbished like the type you receive from Apple if you’ve ever received a replacement through warranty or AppleCare. No scratched or scuffs at all. Battery health was at 99%. Phone itself worked perfectly and activated with no issues. I’d definitely use this seller again as the description is reliable. Only downside was the manky white charging cable provided with the phone. It’s functional but very dirty and old. Luckily most of us have MagSafe alternative chargers.

I initially took it to a local repair specialist in Leeds (iPatch) just for a routine battery replacement, as I rely heavily on my phone for work. However, when the phone was opened, the technician found that a very poor-quality aftermarket screen had previously been fitted and it was already starting to separate. This was likely the cause of the screen intermittently going blank when the phone was moved. As a result, I ended up needing both a new screen and battery, costing around £300 — over half the original purchase price. I appreciate that refurbished phones often contain replacement parts and that batteries naturally wear out over time. But at this price point, I would have expected better-quality refurbishment and components that lasted longer than a few months. If you’re considering buying refurbished, I would recommend checking exactly what standard of refurbishment is being offered and factoring in the potential need for a battery replacement on phones of this age. Buyer beware.

iPhone 14+ pro max. Incredible price. I was wary buying a used phone, but turned out to be absolutely excellent. Not a mark on it. Screen and the rest of the phone as new. Works exactly as it should. Only disappointment was the charging cable that came with it, stopped working after a week, but that was no big problem. Very happy with a great phone for an exceptional price.

La verdad todo súper con el móvil la batería venia con el 89% y todo bien lo usé 2 semanas y se puso en negro la pantalla cava de recalcar la pantalla luego se puso bien pero me dio miedo y tuve que devolverlo, el vendedor muy amable me solucionó y estoy esperando el rembolso para volver a comprarlo porque me parece de buena calidad solo que tuvo un fallo la pantalla por lo demás le doy un 100 por eso las 5 estrellas

La batteria arriva a fine giornata tranquillamente con utilizzo intensivo tra giochi video foto YouTube e messaggistica varia film e quant’altro cronometrato quasi nove ore, con un medio utilizzo di video e altro senza giocarci troppo ho toccato le 11 ore, senza pretese ne fa 18 ore. Lavoro di notte è perfetto ha tutta la durata che serve per chi come me ha bisogno di batteria e prestazioni Le foto sono di oggi, dopo aver stressato di molto il telefono potete vedere che la capacità è scesa un pochino ed è normale, ricordo che le batterie degli iPhone SE tenute con una ricarica al massimo fino all 80 % e mai sotto il 10% hanno un tasso di usura della batteria vicina allo 0 Complimenti al venditore e ad Amazon
