It provides good cushion to keep the barbell from digging into your hips and is super easy to use. I love the design with the grippers on the inside and velcro closure. This has been helpful to keep the pad from sliding off. I have been using it several months now and it has been very durable. It seems well made, so hoping it lasts years. The price for how well made it is was on the lower end. If you're doing barbell hip thrusts or KAS bridges, I highly recommend this pad!
