Does archaeology agree with Scripture? Is there evidence to support the biblical account? Can archaeology reflect God’s redemptive presence in history? Yes! In contrast to the biblical skepticism common today, Where God Came Down: The Archaeological Evidence emphasizes agreement between the Bible and archaeology. Using Scripture as his primary ancient text and interpretive tool, author Joel Kramer examines the archaeological record for ten locations recorded in the Bible. Incorporating an abundance of photos, maps, graphics and illustrations, Kramer expertly lays out the evidence and shows how archaeology speaks for the Bible, not against it. More than that, he delves deeper into the Gospel-significance that ancient, unimportant places are still known to us today because they are the stage where redemption’s story played out on earth—the places Where God Came Down . Are you a teacher/student looking for a resource on archaeology from an unapologetically biblical worldview? Do you have questions about how the archaeological record agrees with the Bible? Planning a trip to the Holy Land? Already traveled to the Holy Land and want to better understand what you saw? Do you desire to deepen your Bible study by understanding biblical context? Want to be equipped to give evidence-based reasons for trusting the Bible? If you answer “Yes” to any of these questions, then Where God Came Down: The Archaeological Evidence is a must-read for you! .... Review: Best Biblical Archaeology Book - I really enjoyed this book. The photographs are beautiful, and the information on biblical archaeology is presented in a clear and engaging way. This is my first archaeology book, and I’m very happy with the quality and how much I learned. Review: Truth in print - This is a good read. And it’s an important fountain of scriptural and archaeological fact and information that provides a timely narrative. I particularly like the simplicity of its layout, the graphics, and the pictures, and most importantly the way evidence is related directly to scripture. The evidence has been well-researched. Bringing the truth of scripture to the fore this book is succinct to the point and highlights exactly the history that God has provided us all with. There is a phrase used online the truth is out there, but I say the truth is in this book. The narrative is provided so eloquently by its Author Joel P Kramer, for which I doff my cap, I urge anyone looking to discover the meaning and lessons provided by scripture and understanding of the discovered architecture in Israel to buy this book. Luke 19:40 “And he answered and said unto them, I tell you that, if these should hold their peace, the stones would immediately cry out.” I humbly recommend this read.

Great book by a great Author/Archaeologist/Youtuber
If you’re a Bible reading Christian and/ or interested in biblical places and artefacts that likes to gain more insight from an archaeological perspective without travelling overseas, then this book is for you. It is also worth noting to watch Joel Kramer’s well scripted and presented YouTube channel “Expedition Bible” which goes hand-in-hand with this book. Very well done Joel and your team for explaining the content in such a visual and logical manner (10/10)!!

An Exceptional Read: Bridging Archaeology and Faith
I recently had the pleasure of reading through this book, and I can't recommend it enough. This book not only addresses the age-old question of whether archaeology aligns with Scripture, but it does so in a compelling and well-researched manner. Kramer's approach, using Scripture as the primary ancient text and interpretive tool, adds so much depth to the discussion. He meticulously examines the archaeological records of locations mentioned in the Bible, and his ability to present this complex information with clarity is truly commendable. The inclusion of numerous photos, maps, graphics, and illustrations further enhances the reader's understanding. What I found most captivating about this book is how it goes beyond simply proving the historical accuracy of the Bible. Kramer delves deep into the Gospel significance of these ancient sites, reminding us that these seemingly unimportant places were the very stage where the story of redemption unfolded. It's a powerful testament to the enduring impact of these locations for believers. He also speaks the truth, with as many false prophets that have started to become more prevalent, I’m thankful for his ability to keep the faith once passed down and doesn’t tickle our ears with fables fit for old women. If you're seeking answers to questions about the Bible's historical accuracy and the alignment of archaeology with Scripture, "Where God Came: The Archaeological Evidence" is a must-read. It's a book that not only provides evidence proving the Bible's authenticity but also weaves a rich narrative of God's redemptive presence in history. This is a valuable resource for anyone interested in the intersection of faith, history, and archaeology. Thank you, I do hope you’ll write more, we love the YouTube channel as well.
