Having used wired lav mics for a few years and always struggled to get the talent to sit still and avoid wire bumping I thought I'd give these a try. Totally blown away by the sound quality. So clear. No post audio cleanup needed. The noise reduction button is amazing. I do the majority of my recordings in noisy offices and the first time I used this the noise reduction took all of the background chatter away. I could record to my laptop via USB-C connection and the laptop was 20 ft away on my desk. Straight into Audition. Amazing. Word of caution however, the mute feature doubles as the power button so it's easy to accidentally press when clipping on clothes. Bit of a silly design flaw that a single press can mute the mic. How do I know? Yeah, cost me a reshoot! Once you know you know though. For the price, you can't go wrong. Have used other Boya stuff and it's just as good.

I used with a Samsung s20. I sometimes struggle to hear people at the end of the table in big meeting rooms. I don't need hearings aids yet but if my ears are blocked with hay-fever etc. I need some amplification. If its a hybrid meeting I can join on line using an owl set up. So I set out to try and find a sort of pocket owl that is small enough to pop on the table. It needed to be Omnidirectional to pick up the person speaking and less background Low latency so I know when there is a pause to speak and don't keep talking over people Block out my own voice, as the echo of my voice is distracting Transit into an earbud. There was nothing on the market that does this - please invent this, a hearing amplifier anyone struggling to hear can connect to in a meeting So until someone invents something this works. You need to download the app, the instructions don't tell you that. Plug in and but the mics on the table, near the sound. Multiple mics can be positioned on larger tables. Set to NR reduces all sound except the speakers plus it almost cancels out my own voice when I speak. Connect your head set and it works. The later more expensive models don't work as they see the transmitter as a headset and not a microphone and the speaker is blocked. I had to use bluebooth earbuds so there is some latency. I tried wired earbuds with a usb splitter but just got interference. I will keep working on that. My only negative is that it does not come with a charging case. Later models do but they have the headset problem. I also bought the boyamini for the charging case. Also great but portable and small enough to use in a pub etc.

Obviously this won't be as good as a Rode or DJI mic, but if you're on a budget and also want a spare mic in case you lose it or you do an interview, this is a really good option. I do find that it sounds loud enough on the phone but once transferred to desktop it is a little quiet - but it is easily fixed in edits with the click of a button. Little tip though: the 'noise reduction' button does literally nothing lol. It sounds exactly the same.

Had these over a year now and they are really good quality microphones, use with my Samsung phone and does the job perfectly.

I've bought 2 or 3 Boya microphones, and they usually work well. This little kit works well too, although I've only used it a few times. Surprisingly, with noise reduction off, its pretty good in windy conditions, and really good with the noise reduction on, with maybe a tiny bit of distortion if you are seriously worried about it. For me, making small reports on my specialist channel, this kit is just fine.

Testing Testing one two. These things are sweet and a bargain. They work perfectly simple as that. Sounds great also.

These are advertised as being good quality wireless microphones. However, they are actually very bad quality for the price at £33! If I knew, I would have only bought these if I needed a wireless solution with recording quality not being an issue. Upon testing I found the noise in the recordings made the audio unusable and the frequency response is very poor, even worse than today's smartphone microphones, and when turning on noise reduction the recording quality deteriorates further. Never use noise reduction while recording! This is my second attempt writing this review after the original got removed, I'm assuming by the seller.

This is a pretty good mic system for the price and the audio quality is good, although not broadcast quality, as you might expect. The biggest disappointment was that although the receiver works perfectly when plugged into the USB C port of my Android phone, or when connected to my PC; when I plug it into the USB C port on my DJI RC2 Drone controller it fails to switch on. The same problem occurs when using a DJI Pocket 2 camera. Whether this is a clever bit of DJI tech to force me to buy an (expensive) DJI mic system, or whether there is some other problem, I don't know. Perhaps someone from Boya can explain?

Kargolama olarakta ayın 15'inde sıpariş verdim ve 25inde teslim tarihi gözüküyordu fakat ayın 20'inde elime ulaştı.

Das BOYA BY-V20 ist für mich ein richtig gutes Mikrofon-Set und mittlerweile regelmäßig im Einsatz. Ich nutze es für digitale Präsentationen, Aufzeichnungen und teilweise auch für Videokonferenzen. Besonders angenehm finde ich die einfache Handhabung. Anschließen, und bei mir funktioniert es sowohl unter Windows, unter anderem mit Microsoft Teams, als auch mit iOS problemlos. Genau diese unkomplizierte Plug-and-Play-Nutzung war mir wichtig. Auch mit der Klangqualität bin ich sehr zufrieden. Tragekomfort und Akkulaufzeit sind für meine Nutzung ebenfalls gut bis sehr gut. Die Statusanzeigen sind klar verständlich, sodass man schnell erkennt, was das Mikrofon gerade macht. Gerade als Set mit zwei Mikrofonen finde ich das BY-V20 praktisch. Ich nutze normalerweise nur einen Sender und habe den zweiten als Backup dabei. Das gibt mir bei Präsentationen zusätzliche Sicherheit. Bisher funktioniert alles tadellos und das Set ist entsprechend oft im Einsatz. Sollte es irgendwann einmal den Geist aufgeben, würde ich es ohne großes Überlegen wieder kaufen.

Superb, voice quality is great in raw condition. So, the people who does not have any idea about boys editing or video editing they can go for it blindly. Besides noise reduction capacity is average not the top most. Still, it is one of the greatest products in the market.

Het is niet het allerhoogste niveau van kwaliteit maar als je deze set gebruikt bij je filmpjes (voor bv insta, Facebook etc) dan doe je het al beter dan 80% van alles wat er gepost wordt. Deze set is zeker geen miskoop en ik heb er al lang plezier van
