Arrived without the integral and necessary metal spout so returned immediately with a full refund. Subsequently bought it from Jura direct for the same price but had to pay £5 for p&p. That one had the spout and works a treat! So maybe should be 4 to 5 stars. Also one 10th of the price of Cool control wireless 1L 70584 Jura milk chiller

I recently integrated the Jura 72570 Glass Milk Container into my morning coffee workflow, and it’s a definitive upgrade from the standard plastic carafes. The glass is tempered well and feels substantial in the hand, lacking the fragility often associated with high-end glassware. From a design perspective, it’s remarkably minimalist; the clear silhouette allows you to monitor the milk level with total precision, which prevents any mid-latte interruptions. The connector tube integrates seamlessly with the Jura machine, maintaining a hygienic seal that seems to keep the milk fresher for slightly longer than my previous setup. I did find the lid can be a bit finicky if its not aligned perfectly, but once you get the hang of it, the vacuum seal is solid.
