Good Product and Great Customer Service
Exactly what I needed for my project! Well made and stack nicely. When the tubs and lids arrived yesterday, I unpacked the box and inspected each component for cracks/splits...taking pictures as I went. I found the last lid, which was at the bottom of the stack, was broken on the corner and rendered unusable. I contacted Amazon Customer Service, and because the order hadn't been updated yet by the delivery driver, it was not complete in their system. I was asked to please call back when the order showed as "Delivered". I called back later in the day and was assisted by Rahul, who was very helpful. I explained that there was one component that was damaged, and Rahu immediately took action. He created a replacement order, which was received today, and ALL components were 100% A-OK. I inquired if Amazon's carrier could pick up the damaged order from me, as I would have to pay my Personal Support Worker to take the damaged product to Purolator, and Amazon would pay the return shipping. To prevent me from having to pay to return the damaged product, I was instructed to keep the original shipment, and there would be no charge for the replacement. I've been an Amazon Prime Customer for several years, and they have always treated me fairly if there was an issue with any order. Thank you, Amazon. I gave this product a top rating because, even though there was damage, Amazon stepped up and went above and beyond to take care of the issue.
