Excellent
This is an excellent book. It is thoroughly detailed with stunning photographs, offering an encyclopedic overview of architecture from ancient to modern times. It makes for a beautiful reference work as well. A great addition to anyone's library.

It's a good read
I just received the book. have not read through only seen it with many nice pictures. Book came quickly and was in good sharp. I have no problem with the size of the book. It has Architecture styles from around the world including a chapter about the Islamic world. It worth the price for me.

Bought this for husband. Great color. Thick pages. Full of pics and description. Nice he’d back sleeve. Perfect. Reminds me of those library books used for reports. This is top notch quality. Not cheap and flimsy. Hard cover.

Worth it, but could be better.
I was hoping to get a book that showed the assembly and deep insights in on specific elements and design for different architectural styles, and I got that impression from the listing. This book wasn't what I felt was advertised but it is still high quality and there is still a lot of valuable information.

Great Book for Architects and Students!
It is an excellent book of Architecture’s History. I'm honest, I bought it thinking that a more in-depth analysis and study of the Roman Colosseum would come Inside, (As an Architect, I love old roman architecture) at least a few pages dedicated to this, Let me Say it, you won’t find it. What you see on the cover, That’s it, however, the quality of the book and all the historical tour of styles and most famous architecture of every time worth the book.
