So far, so good. Definitely keeping water from getting under the top of cooler underneath. That's why we bought it.

Not water proof, not even water resistant.
I bought two of these for two metal drum style end tables. Not water proof at all. Not even water resistant! First rain and everything underneath was soaked. Total waste of money.

I think it’s going to be OK
I believe it will do well, but I really hadn’t had it long enough to say for sure. We had a few severe showers come through and the cover has stayed in place. However, I’m unable to attest to the waterproofing since it’s being housed under the eaves but I will update my review if necessary. But, I just went out to take the pictures, and I was pleasantly surprised to find water sitting on top of the cover.

Nice Covers!
I bought two of these to cover two small, round outdoor tables that I put beside my deck chairs. The cover is thick and nicely made, and the perfect size. They provide a good cover for rainy days or as protection when the tables are in storage. There is a drawstring at the bottom and they don't fly off if it's windy. Great price, too!
