EMPOWERING QUESTIONS

Highly highly recommended!! I own quite a bit of card decks and journals with prompts. But none beats this set. The questions are so on point and useful. They really make you reflect on many things. Do not doubt: buy! and the price is super.

Got these a while ago and then started buying them Cards are just a good way to keep things from getting stale, and clients love them.

This is a great deck to bring out when you have people over--of course if they are into it. It's as if everyone immediately goes into a space of vulnerability after they pull a card and they contemplate and give their answer. It works well for group readings; starting the Tarot or Oracle card readings with a pull from this deck. The question is always reflected back in the other cards. And it's perfect when I am doing live card readings on social and I am drawn to the deck for a particular person. The quality is good. The colors and different fonts are creative and fun. Highly recommended. And it could be a creative gift for someone because it doesn't get too woo woo for anyone who fears that yet is juicy enough for someone who can appreciate cards.

I liked what the description said, and the cards are colorful. The questions are great for random musings (we need), though looking at this deck as a life coach, the Qs can be a little more probing. Also the box the deck comes in requires fitting in the tab each time (i.e. will rip the tab at some point) and not conducive to frequent use, like the 2-piece tarot card boxes. I'll have to either push all the paper tabs in one end of the box or use a plastic sandwich bag, which loses the charm of the idea of this deck. I know this is a bit critical, but it speaks to the user experience.

Details: - Come in a lovely 3.75" x 3.75" box. - Each card has a similar thickness to a paper coaster - Each card is 3.5" x 3.5" with rounded corners Pros: - Unique, thought-provoking questions - Versatile: I use these cards both for myself and with my clients in therapy - Different designs - not one card looks the same - Beautiful colors - Easy to carry: I can stick them in even my smallest purse - Strengths-based Cons: - No cons that I can see at this time. A solid purchase for personal and professional use! Suggestions: - I would love to see a set cards like this geared more towards teenagers. They would be really useful for clinicians and parents alike!

I am a clinician in an inpatient psychiatric hospital and I facilitate a weekly processing group. I bought these cards and started using them with my patients in this group. The patients love the questions, they start a fantastic dialogue, and the patients have really been able to connect with their peers, and support and encourage each other when a patient has difficulty finding any positives in their life at that time. I highly recommend these cards-they have changed the groups in such a positive way and it is wonderful to watch my patients work through these very thought provoking questions together.

I really like these cards. A lot of great thought provoking, meditating & journaling questions / ideas. The Empowering Questions cards are larger than a deck of playing cards - love the size of these cards. I have actually gifted a few decks to friends that I thought would enjoy meditating or journaling about these questions. HeySun also has the Stress Less cards, which I also really like. Great relaxing techniques and suggestions on 50 cards. This deck is a bit smaller than a deck of playing cards which makes them easily portable in your purse, however, I would have preferred them a bit larger. Maybe tarot deck size cards would be great. Smaller format or not there are a lot of great stress reduction ideas that are helpful. I highly recommend both decks.

I absolutely love these! I'm a therapist and these are my go to group therapy game. My clients love it too!

Fantastic I love using them, really helps people explore their feelings with some really good questions and a mantra to help you work or except the emotion. Already recommended it to my fellow counsellors

Sometimes, it's better to think of the questions you need to ask, instead of the answers you need. Curiosity dies or slows down with age.

I LOVE these cards for journaling and reflecting. I have found they are opening my views of myself and my life. I also see they will be great for group work and in my healing therapy business.

I love the size, colour and patterns on these cards... when I do a practice of mindfulness meditation to calm down for the day I like to take one of these cards, sit on my yoga mat or on the floor and enjoy the colours and patterns, then focus on the message question on the card. It makes for great interoception and brings focus back to you.
