We were pleasantly surprised after installation. It is study and doesn't move. We didn't have to install the floor lags/screws. Bought this for my 81 year old father, who is recovering from a broken leg.

After returning from the hospital for back surgery I needed help to assist me getting up and off the toilet. This device is perfect and is incredibly strong and solid allowing steady movement up and down from the toilet.
