Very good
The rennet is very good and it works perfectly. The 2 bottles are a very good deal for this price, but I would remind to many, you will use a very small amount of rennet per time, so think how long can last a single bottle for the amount of cheese you make and consider that. It is ok to store it in a dark and dry place, it will last. The small siringe coming with them is very handy and useful if you don’t have already one. Very good product, I would reccomend it indeed.
