I bought this for pizzas & roast potatoes.It works great as either a flour to use then prepping the pizza base to stop it sticking to the worktops & makes the pizza crispier or to dust potatoes prior to putting in the oven when making roast potatoes, to give them a crispy outer.Great flour, does what I bought it for. Seems reasonably priced for the amount.
