I did have to search for the additional cartridges, but glad I found them - spiral punch is great! Review: Product defective but was replaced by American Crafts. - The disc cartridge is not punching the middle holes. Circle cartridge punches, but still had to pull out the circles from the paper. REVISED: The Company sent a replacement for the Multi Cinch. Both cartridges are working as they should. Customer service was excellent.
