So I had to wait to speak to my midwife to ask her. She had a look at the ingredients and had to look them up. She told me it all appears OK/safe but the choice was up to me, my Doctor said the same. ➕️ The capsules are small and very easy to swallow. You take one daily morning or night. There's no nasty taste or smell to them ➕️ It contains four live bacteria strains that are carefully selected to match the bacteria found in the gut and vagina based on research that shows the importance of bacterial exposure to both mother and baby. These have done wonders for her gut as she's now getting less bloated and going to the toilet more often with softer stools. The bacteria in her gut must have been haywire due to the baby, but these have definitely helped balance everything out and now she feel much better for it day to day.
