Didn’t work
Came out of the box not working, all the drivers were giving no input, and the gpu wouldn’t display to any monitor at all, the fans didn’t turn on when the pc was powered on. The only thing that worked were the LED lights.

Love this gaming PC!
It's been about a year since I got this gaming computer, and the only downside was that the original PSU failed within that time. However, I upgraded it to a Corsair PSU and bumped the RAM up to 32GB, and it's been fantastic ever since!

arrived and didn’t turn on
very expensive gaming computer came broke. and now have to wait for return to credit my account ruined my sons birthday. called customer service thT was horrible wouldnt send me a replacement computer and let me send other back. just horrible

Power Supply Defective upon arrival
The power supply in this PC has a fan that is making a constant clicking noise. sky tech support refuses to respond to messages, emails, or calls to solve this issue. No one is willing to make it right. Very disappointed
