Fold it and carry it sideways. **Q: I absolutely can not get the two buttons to move the front basket. I have tried and my boyfriend has tried. Is there a trick?** A: This is an easy fix and once released those buttons will not give you any problems. I find it easiest to put the Dogger into a full fold and lay it flat on the floor or a table. When the Dogger is in a full fold it takes the pressure off those buttons which can settle during shipping. When it is folded you can focus on one button at a time pressing with both your thumbs with some force until you feel the button release. You can then move on the the second button. When both are released I suggest standing in front of the basket and pressing both buttons in and moving the basket up just slightly. You can then unfold the Dogger and those buttons should operate normally. **Q: What size dog does this fit?** A: I can fit both my 27 lb. Cockapoo and 20 lb Lhasapoo in this stroller and they can sit up comfortably together. Very comfortable ride. **Q: what are the dimensions of the underbasket?** A: Length 12” Width. 14” Sides are 5” deep on 3 sides and 9” high in the front where it attaches to frame. I love it, and my dog loves and adores it as well . There is only one option missing, for me, that would have made this buggy the most perfect buggy on EARTH !!. AND.. that is; a small handle brake of some kind. It needs a hand brake, like bicycles have for going down even small hills. Otherwise it is really perfect in every way. It has everything we can use, and is so practical, and comfortable as well. The ride is smooth, and the wheels are wonderful. It is easy to navigate, even into the small elevator in our building. I even sit on the end of it to put her inside, because she is a little heavy for me to lift up directly from the street. Thank you so much. It has been a miracle for us, My Maltese has had many health issues, and now she can go out and experience & enjoy life again. It really has given her new hope, and she is so much better, now that she can be outside again. Beautifully designed, engineered and finished. Most surprised when our elderly dog took to it straight away- I had expected to have to get her used to it gradually but nothing of the sort!
