I went to a podiatrist and he prescribed orthotics that I purchased here on Amazon and the tear drop shaped metatarsal pads. No relief. A few days ago I purchased these inserts and I’m almost as good as new again. They are AMAZING! You have to put a drop of felt marker or lipstick on the bottom of your foot right where your pain is coming from, then put your foot into your shoe, or on the inner sole of your shoe, and then apply the pad right behind your painful spot.
