In the box, there are 2 strips of cardboard separating the teabags into 3 rows. I did not have foil as some photos here show (although the outside box was sealed in clear plastic). The taste of the tea is amazing. I drink mine with milk and sugar, the same way I have English breakfast tea. Sometimes I add cinnamon too. Some people prefer to drink it without milk or sugar. I am very impressed with the taste. I don't tend to like herbal teas etc., and so this is perfect as is tastes similar to English breakfast tea but with a slight variation. It's lovely. I gave some to my Mother to try and she was very dubious but also agreed that it is a very subtle and pleasant taste.
