I don't normally write reviews but this product is better than expected. I bought this product after a significant spinal injury in an attempt to remove the pain from lower back and sciatic nerves. IN MY CASE the pain went after the first 10 minute session. I have now had it a week an use it twice per day. It arrived earlier than expected, easy to assemble ( actually simple without instructions) all parts and tools provided. Took me about 35 minutes to put it together without any assistance. I am lean but over 90kg and 183cm. This table inverts and returns to upright just moving my arms. Good safety locks on the back board and enough selectable holes on the shin/ankle pads to find a comfortable position. Recommend without hesitation. I am adding to this review after using it many times. It's still brilliant. Very addictive. Possibly the most beneficial product I have bought.

Good sturdy peice of kit and well packaged. Delivered quickly and I think this is a good affordable option for those looking for some relief from back pain. I have a L5/S1 disc herniation and standing at 6'2" I needed something that would support my height and weight. If you are tall like me the lowest setting for the feet will bring your head off the back of the headboard when inverted. The head pad actually sits on my shoulder blades. This can cause a little discomfort. However when standing upright it does fit my size so guess as you lengthen your body it will naturally come off. At 16st It supports my weight perfectly and feel safe and relaxed in it. It has given me a lot of relief from the pain of sciatica and low back issues. Cons: Has a loose bolt that wont tighten in the underside. They should put a few extra in just in case. It's a big piece of kit. It does fold but unless you have a big garage or very large cupboard it will take up a large portion of your room

Assembly instructions could be clearer, but no missing components and reasonably straightforward. Tools were included but I saved time by using my own fixed and ratchet spanners. Important, but simple, to adjust to user's height to ensure controlled, balanced, inversion and recovery. Using it daily with great benefit. Lower back pain melted away.

This arrived on time and neatly packed. The instructions for assembly are clear and well presented. The kit includes some tools for putting it together, but I would recommend having a few extra wrenches to fit the bolt and nut at the same time. It took us a good hour and a half to get everything in order. The back swing looks good and is extremely sturdy, just the job for releasing any spinal compression.

A lovely inversion board for an awesome price. Putting it together definitely needs 2 people, but once it's up, it's wonderful, really sturdy, very comfortable. It also arrived quickly and without fuss. Thank you so much.

Good sturdy unit & very stable. I took longer than others who have reviewed it, 2hours ! My fingers are not as nimble as they used to be !! The diagrams are too small in places to see what exactly goes where. The 2 spanners are a bit too loose on the nuts, they keep slipping off. If you have a good socket & ratchet available it makes it much easier. All in all, a very good product. Would have had 5 stars except for the little niggles .

Suggested by an osteo that a table may help my prolapsed discs. Find this great- use as needed during the day and eases my back. Did some research and this product came out as one of the cheapest. Does the job for me. Only slight downside is after 'hanging' for a few minutes the foam which cushions ankles doesn't feel that comfortable. I haven't done so as yet, but guess adding a small towel for extra padding will sort it.

I like the build quality and ease of putting it together however the height settings are just wrong. When I set it to my height my head is missing the head board. In fact it’s still hanging off a bit when I put it to the maximum. Slightly disappointed but I will make do

Ayant des problèmes de dos comme beaucoup de personne. Mon médecin m'avait parlé de ces tables d'inversion. Après recherche sur le net. Il n'y a pas une tonne d'informations mais tous les avis sont unanimes sur l'efficacité de ces tables. J'avais besoin d'un modèle pliable car je suis en appart. Celle ci est pour moi la meilleure. le meilleur rapport qualité prix. Elle reste imposante, même pliée. Elle est robuste, bien conçue. Pas trop compliquée à monter. Des outils sont fournis, mais ils ne sont pas top, si vous en avez, utilisez les vôtres, vous gagnerez dut temps. Ca fait 3 semaines un mois que je l'ai. Je ne m'en sers pas tous les jours, mais régulièrement. Des sessions de 5 à 10 minutes environ. Force est de constater que j'ai beaucoup moins mal au dos qu'avant. Ca étire bien les vertèbres, c'est très bénéfique. L'envoi a été rapide et le colis est arrivé en bon état. Je recommande cette table. Et si c'était à refaire, ce serait sans hésitations. J'aurais dû en acheter bien avant, si j'avais su.

Me recomendó el médico rehabilitador una tabla de inversión y escogí este modelo por sus valoraciones. Vino perfectamente empaquetada la caja y pese a ser muy pesada no tenía marcas de maltrato. El transportista haría su trabajo, pero sin duda un mal empaquetado dañaría la estructura y llegó todo correcto. El montaje es sencillo pero tienes que prestar atención a no poner piezas al revés que son fácil de equivocar. El manual de instrucciones es clarificador aunque los gráficos son mejorables. Al final son el principal punto de apoyo para saber si vas en la dirección correcta. Mido 1.90 y peso 100kg, soporta mi tamaño sin titubeos. Si bien es cierto que el balanceo hacia atrás es costoso hacerlo sólo con el empuje de tus brazos, pero será cuestión de práctica. La sensación de estiramiento es muy buena y el agarre te abraza sin problema. Pese a mi peso no me sentí inseguro en la posición más invertida. Llevo pocos días, pero intuye que me ayudará a la descompresión vertebral. Finalmente, lo recomiendo. Eso sí, es un armatoste importante. Tal y como imaginas, ni más ni menos. Media habitación es para la máquina. Es clave antes de la compra pensar dónde colocarlo, porque es muy grande.
