Derma V10 Vanilla Body Butter, 220 g

Many tests of many 'body butters' later... This one. I realise it may not be for everyone! There's a few negative reviews. After trying this myself. The last few I tried: Body Shop, Lancome, Palmers, quite a few more over great time, really giving them a chance. THIS one however is the one I am returning to No question!! This is so RICH and nourishing. The vanilla is spot on to what I know for 'vanilla lotions/butters'. VERY nice. Vegan! Cruelty free!! You Do need a good amount on your fingers but oh my god it's luxurious especially nourishing my feet!! My calves!! my hands, arms, elbows!! I am back here now to get my (I think this is my) 7th tub?? LoL!! Highly recommend!! (DO rinse your pot when finished thoroughly and find ways to recycle/reuse!!) Non-greasy imo! Absorbs well, very nourishing!! (I DO wish there were larger size pots! But this is adequate!!)

I use this after I wash all the time. It’s so reasonably priced and it smells pleasant and not too overwhelming. It soaks into the skin so it’s not greasy.

I bought this because I was originally looking for some vanilla body oil, but couldn't find any. I'm not a massive fan of body butters because I find them to be a bit too cloying, however this one does melt into the skin a lot better than others. My only complaint though is that the smell is very artificial and overpowering - I was expecting a subtle vanilla aroma but instead it smells very strongly of cheap vanilla ice cream! Once it's been rubbed in however the smell is very light and not really noticeable- it's just a bit sickly when you're using it first thing in the morning!! Probably won't be buying again, but good for the price.

Firstly it smells absolutely delightful and secondly it moisturiser really well and you don't need much it spreads far Quality: You can tell it's very good quality

Very disappointed. I dont often write reviews, but felt i needed to in this case. This body butter comes in a very cheap feeling plastic tub, it doesn't smell of anything (although my husband said it smelled on sun cream), definitely not vanilla. It also left a sticky residue feeling on my skin. Unfortunately, this will be going in the bin and I won't be buying again. Don't waste your money.

Very thick consistency, apply smoothly to the skin and do not leave a greasy cast. However, I needed a vanilla scented lotion hence why I went for this product but the smell is not it, doesn't smell bad just super good like I'd expect either. Will use it for night time after showering not to go out.
