good value and really useful for children who have had surgery and need to be kept cool and for those with a fever like the face you can easily stick to head. a shame we were limited in how many we could purchase and couldn't re order when they were much needed.

I suffer with serious migraines and these patches are a must in my bag or suitcase I am a regular customer unfortunately, and they always give me relief; they take the edge off until the painkiller kicks in. I buy more when they are cheaper but to be honest, even the original price is quite realistic given how quickly they help. I would imagine that they would relieve ordinary headaches without extra painkillers! there is really no need to hesitate - try it, you’ll see it was worth buying it.

Very easy to use you just peel the back off and stick. I am an adult who uses them when I get hot flushes at night time. They don't stick on the whole night by the morning they usually have come off.
