I was excited to find so many new styles available in recent years. This boot is quality made through and through. That being said, all Dr. Marten's come with a bit of pain while wearing. The leather on these is incredibly supple so there is no causing blisters like classic docs. The problem I found with these was with the heel. It became very sore after wearing for a few hours. I did purchase a leather care kit, including a leather balm so I oiled these babies down, inside and out, when I first got them and stuffed them with super huge socks. I let them sit for probably a week before I wore them, hoping they would stretch out a bit. They did!! They fit pretty well now and I can wear them all day as long as I'm not on my feet constantly. I'm sure of you buy the right size they would be more comfortable lol!
