I purchased it in blue raspberry color one year ago. Initially, right upon opening the package, the lunch box appeared too small. However it was so cute I decided to keep it. I am very glad that I did - I have been using it for my daughter's school lunches for the last year and it held up pretty good. The size is also right for a lunch; I have not needed it to be bigger. I keep the snacks in the backpack. For a comparison, during the last year, I went through 3 different lunch boxes for my son. The pouch expands only at the top as it tapers inward to the bag at the bottom. It may work for napkins or utensils.
