These have been a great neck saver. I originally bought them to reduce the amount of time I spend looking down at my phone, and they've worked surprisingly well. They're also fantastic for watching movies or reading while lying flat in bed without having to prop your head or neck up. The mirrors reflect the image exactly where I expect it to be, so after a minute or two they feel very natural to use. One feature I really appreciate is the open-frame design. I wear prescription glasses, and these fit comfortably over them without getting in the way. They're lightweight, comfortable for extended use, and have become one of those simple products that solved a problem I didn't realize had such an easy solution.
