Exactly how they described!
Very well made and heavy. Get on it like youโre riding a bike or horse. Swing your leg over it and sit. Donโt try to step through it Otherwise you can topple it or fall. It is very helpful It will be hard to do more than 20 in the beginning, but youโll get there. And it puts you in proper alignment just like advertised. It sort of assists you on the way back up. Great for us older gals. Great in keeping legs and knees strong. You wonโt regret it.

Squat queen
The burn means its working. I love that you can adjust the height because of have long legs. It took about five minutes to assemble.

Great glute activation, but not as easy to store as expected
I was really excited to try the DB Method Squat Machine, and after putting it together and using it a couple of times, I have mixed feelings. There are definitely things I like about it, but it didnโt wow me the way I expected. The biggest benefit is that it really does target the glutes. When I use it, I feel the work almost entirely in my glutes instead of my knees, which is a huge plus for me. It provides a low-impact workout, and I appreciate that I can squat without the knee discomfort I sometimes experience with traditional squats. The machine itself feels sturdy, the movement is smooth, and assembly wasnโt difficult. The phone holder is also a nice bonus. My biggest disappointment is the storage. The listing makes it sound like you can fold it away quickly, but in my experience, it isnโt that simple. To store it compactly, I found that I had to partially disassemble it, which wasnโt nearly as convenient as I expected. Another drawback is the lack of progression. The machine does a good job reinforcing proper squat mechanics and keeping your weight in your heels, but beyond that, it feels fairly limited. I found myself wishing there were a way to increase the challenge as my strength improves. For the price, I expected more versatility. While itโs well made and does what it claims, I donโt feel the overall experience justifies the cost. The concept is clever, but it didnโt feel as revolutionary as I expected, and after a couple of workouts I wasnโt nearly as impressed as I thought Iโd be. Overall, I think this machine is best suited for someone looking for a low-impact, glute-focused workout thatโs easy on the knees. It works, but given the price, limited progression, and less-than-convenient storage, I donโt think itโs the best value for everyone.

Easy squats!
I love it!! Wish it could breakdown or fold, smaller footprint. But it gets the squats done and results felt!

Does not support overall knee fuction
Its easy to use however, i bought it because i have back issues and knee issues and its NOT designed to relieve pressure from knees and lower back like it states.

Not all that impressive... ๐ฌ
Honestly, although this is a well-built piece of workout equipment, I simply fail to see the reason for all the hype surrounding it... Regardless of what all the proponents say, the majorly lacking feature with this unit is the inability to add any meaningful resistance to the squat motion... neither to the concentric nor eccentric part of the movement. With that being said, this does put the user in an ergonomically and anatomically correct, comfortable, proper position to, indeed, take most of the stress off the lower back, knees, and ankles... I think this is well suited for the older population, the younger population, women, and post surgery/rehab-patients... In my opinion, this barely even qualifies as a useful warm-up/warm-down mechanism for serious gym-goers, as really the only form of resistance is one's own bodyweight... With correct and consistent usage, this definitely WILL help tone and strengthen the muscles of the lower body... including the booty. But, it also definitely WON'T be turning anyone into "Quadzilla" anytime soon, either! LOL. ๐ And, if super high reps per set (and the associated "lactic burn" sensation) is your thing, then this just might be your "dream machine". Sad to say, though, it simply isn't mine. Also, seems to be a bit exorbitantly priced for what it is... and ISN'T. Unfortunately, I had hoped for more. Overall, 3.8 stars...
